Dominique is an experienced strategist and facilitator who is passionate about driving impactful social and organizational change. Samari specializes in designing and facilitating processes that help organizations and communities build and sustain equitable change. She works collaboratively to develop strategies and programs that create inclusive cultures where everyone can thrive.

Samari co-founded P3 Development Group in 2011 and has previously served in key international development management positions for the US Department of State’s Rule of Law Program in Afghanistan where she designed and implemented culturally relevant strategies and training opportunities to integrate over 2000 Afghan criminal justice professionals into the formal justice system. Samari has developed and managed various inclusion efforts and initiatives both locally and internationally and has spearheaded a variety of projects aimed at developing collaborative solutions across the public and private sectors.

Samari received her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School and prior to working in Afghanistan, served as criminal court commissioner for the City of Milwaukee. Trained as an attorney, Samari began her career as a criminal trial lawyer for the State of Wisconsin.
